GAL GREENBERG 

Sound & Movement Artist 

Gal Greenberg is a multidisciplinary artist working at the intersection of sound, movement, and embodied awareness. Her work unfolds through voice, movement, and live performance, using the body as an instrument for expression, presence, and deep listening.

Alongside her work as a singer-songwriter, she explores the connection between sound, mindfulness, and sensitivity, creating immersive spaces where inner and outer experience meet.

She is a certified Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga teacher and holds a Master’s degree in Performing Arts, a foundation that enables her to shape each offering as a complete and immersive experience that supports personal transformation.

Artistic Practice

Gal’s work is rooted in a living dialogue between

body, breath, sound, and awareness.
Through movement, voice, rhythm, and presence, she creates spaces that invite emotional release, deep listening, and authentic self expression.
Her practice moves fluidly between live performance, guided meditative experiences, and participatory movement journeys, adapting to each space, audience, and moment.

Whether intimate or collective, her work opens pathways to connection, transformation, and embodied freedom.

EMBODIED SOUND PERFORMANCE

A live immersive ritual weaving:

Ambient electronic sound

 Live cello and vocal

Gentle breath-work guidance

 

An intimate space to lie down, breathe, relax, and let the sound move through you.

The performance is created live in response to the atmosphere and the people who join.

Sonic Flow

Sonic Flow is an immersive sound journey where live vocals, soulful mantras, gentle electronic layers, and looping create a space for surrender, drifting, and deep reconnection.


Through a continuous flow of sound, presence, guided imagery, mindfulness, and breath based techniques, listeners are guided into altered states of attention and embodied awareness.

Repetition, rhythm, and voice soften the thinking mind and open pathways for emotional and energetic transformation.


Participants are invited to listen deeply, release control, and move with what arises, allowing change to unfold naturally within the body and inner landscape.

Sonic Flow can be experienced lying down, seated, or in gentle movement, and adapts to the space and collective energy of each gathering.


It is suitable for festivals, night time journeys, intimate venues, and conscious spaces seeking depth, softness, and real inner shift.

Movement and Awareness Practice
Movement based sessions drawing from Vinyasa, Pilates Flow,

and Pilates mindfulness Flow.
The practice is guided by listening, breath, rhythm, and voice, moving between dynamic strength and softer inward exploration.

Meditative Flow

A slow and inward moving practice inspired by water like qualities, where gentle flow, breath, and voice guide the body into sustained movement and subtle strength.
Designed to cultivate strength through softness, continuity, and attentive presence.

 

Sound Journey and Meditation

Sound focused sessions weaving together live voice, gentle sound layers, guided imagery, mindfulness, and breath based techniques.
The soundscape may be created through electronic elements, acoustic and analog sound instruments, or a combination of both, inviting deep listening, rest, and inner clarity.

Sound Bath
An immersive sound experience designed to support nervous system balance, emotional release, and deep relaxation through sound, voice, and vibration.

Inner Voice Exploration
A workshop focused on exploring the inner voice through vocal expression, intuitive writing, and journaling.
Participants are invited to connect with their authentic voice, inner guidance, and creative expression in a safe and attentive space.

Custom Workshops
Workshops can be created around any of the class themes, or developed specifically for the needs and intention of a group or event.
